Come and join me for an autumn Roaming Yogis walk in beautiful Carrog, a lovely little village nestled in the Dee Valley.Carrog is such a pretty place to explore, with the River Dee running through the village, beautiful surrounding countryside and its lovely old railway station and heritage steam railway adding to its charm. We’ll meet at 10.30am for a relaxed guided walk of around two hours, taking in the countryside and enjoying the first signs of autumn along the way. We’ll also keep an eye on the hedgerows for seasonal finds such as rosehips and late blackberries, and I’ll share a few ideas for how they can be used at home. After the walk, there’ll be the option to join us for lunch at a lovely pub overlooking the river.

Lunch is optional and paid for individually on the day.Roaming Yogis is about getting outside, exploring beautiful places and spending time with like-minded people. You don’t need to be one of my yoga students to join us — everyone is welcome.
