Hi! I'm
Maria Kelly
I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2011 and practicing since 1996. My own experience with Yoga has been a very positive one and it’s left me quite enthusiastic about spreading the word and passing on what I’ve discovered to others.
My other pursuit is to be outside in nature, I love walking, foraging, climbing and paddle boarding. I think growing up on a farm probably had an effect on me as I find being outdoors very healing.
