Join one of our Summer paddles along the bridgewater canal followed with a delicious lunch, restorative yoga and healing sound bath.

About this event…..
Paddleboarding is a great outdoor activity that builds confidence within ourselves and on the water whilst connecting with nature and the peaceful surroundings of the Cheshire countryside. The restorative yoga practice and sound bath offers an opportunity to journey within helping us to release built up tension often brought on by daily stress.
All Paddleboard equipment, Yoga Mats, blocks, bolsters can be provided (beginners are welcome)
