Beltane SUP & Yoga Retreat Day – Cheshire

Step into the new season with a restorative, nature-led day designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect.

Our Beltane SUP & Yoga Retreat Day marks the transition into longer, lighter days a time traditionally associated with renewed energy, movement and connection to the natural world. This retreat offers a balanced blend of gentle activity and deep rest, creating space to recharge both physically and mentally.

Held at the peaceful Cheshire Wellness Centre in Lymm, the day begins on the water with a guided stand-up paddleboarding session along the Bridgewater Canal. No experience is needed the session is supportive, relaxed, and suitable for beginners.

After our time outdoors, we’ll return for a nourishing brunch before moving into a restorative yoga practice focused on releasing tension, regulating the nervous system, and supporting deep relaxation.

The day closes with a sound bath, offering a calm, restorative space to fully unwind and integrate the experience.

This retreat is intentionally designed for those who:

  • feel mentally busy or overstretched

  • spend long hours in demanding roles or environments

  • want to reconnect with nature and their body

  • are seeking a meaningful pause from routine
